In its first and fourth sections there is a silver two-tailed lion captured mid-jump with a golden crown and golden armory. In the second blue section there is a silvery red check female eagle with a golden crown and golden armory. President, Parliament, Government

Economy
Basically one of the most stable and prosperous of the post-Communist states, the Czech Republic has been recovering from recession since mid-1999.
As a relatively small but growing and largely industrialized Central European market, the Czech Republic has enacted legislation to stabilize its financial system while privatizing many formerly state-owned enterprises. The government has thus set the foundations for a free market by applying broad economic policy reforms and restructuring its institutions. However, despite this promising outlook, the Czech Republic continues to suffer from a significant lack of capital as well as a shortage of marketing and financial expertise.
